About Me
My name is Leonardo Anselmo.
I originally studied mathematics and considered a career in data analytics, but my passion for space and technology pulled me toward a broader engineering path. Over time, I became especially drawn to robotics and embedded systems. These fields allow me to combine my problem solving skills in hardware, software, and mathematics in deeply technical ways.
Today, I work as a mmWave and Electrical Engineer at Virginia Diodes, Inc. in Charlottesville. I focus on RF test systems, component-level debugging, and data processing software.
I have a strong drive to learn, a focused work ethic, and a deep interest in building things, from analog circuits to autonomous robots.
In my free time, I enjoy playing and making music, astronomy, working on personal engineering projects (hardware and software), travel, and 3D printing.

Experience
Electrical Engineer, mmWave Engineer - Virginia Diodes, Inc.
